These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VinReportify.
2. Service Description
VinReportify provides vehicle history reports based on data aggregated from official sources, including the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) and other public and proprietary databases.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data. Vehicle history reports are informational only and not a substitute for professional inspection or due diligence.
3. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Reports are licensed for personal or internal business use only. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit reports without a valid Dealer or API agreement.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically retrieve data from the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
4. Payment & Refunds
All purchases are final except as outlined in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, and materials on the Service are owned by VinReportify or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased reports for personal reference only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VinReportify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in vehicle history reports.
- Decisions made based on the information provided.
You acknowledge that vehicle history reports are not a guarantee of a vehicle's condition, and you are solely responsible for conducting your own inspections.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VinReportify harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
